WebPalz.com (“WebPalz”, “we”, “us”) builds websites for local businesses in Mysuru and across Karnataka. This page explains what we collect when you use webpalz.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a free preview or contact us, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your business name and locality
- Your email address
- Your name, the plan you’re interested in, and any note you add (optional)
- Your Google Maps link or website, what customers should know about your business, and a phone number to show on your site (the phone number is optional)
To build your preview, we may also use information your business has already made public, such as its Google Business Profile, photos and reviews.
We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on webpalz.com.
How we use it
- To build your website preview and email you the link
- To reply to your questions and follow up on your request
- To set up, update and support your website if you become a client
We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We won’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask to join one.
Services that handle your data
We use a few trusted providers to run the site and our email:
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our email at contact@webpalz.com.
- Cloudflare hosts webpalz.com and client preview sites, and keeps standard security logs such as IP addresses.
- Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS and unpkg serve the fonts, styles and icons the page loads, so your browser connects to them directly.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for as long as you are a client. If you don’t go ahead, we delete your preview site and enquiry within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to take down a preview site we built for your business. Email contact@webpalz.com and we’ll respond within 7 working days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
