Terms of Service

These terms apply when WebPalz.com (“WebPalz”, “we”, “us”) builds and runs a website for your business (“you”). By approving a preview or paying for a plan, you agree to them. Please also read our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Free preview

We build a preview of your website on yourbusiness.webpalz.com at no cost. You don’t have to pay or sign up for anything to see it. If you don’t go ahead, we take the preview down within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.

2. Plans and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. You pay in advance by UPI or bank transfer, and we send you an invoice for every payment. Your site goes live on its plan once we receive the first payment.

3. Renewals

Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year. We remind you at least 7 days before each renewal for yearly plans, and before each due date for monthly plans. Nothing renews without your payment. If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause your site until it’s paid (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Updates and support

Send us changes by WhatsApp or email, in English or Kannada. We make content updates, such as text, photos, prices, timings and offers, within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays). “Unlimited updates” on the Growth Plan covers content changes like these. New pages beyond your plan, a full redesign or new features are quoted separately before we start.

5. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other material you give us, and that the information on your site, such as prices, timings and services, is accurate. Your business and site must be lawful. We may decline or remove content that is illegal, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.

6. Who owns what

Your business name, your content and the website we build for you are yours once your plan is paid. We keep the rights to our own tools, templates and code blocks, which we reuse across sites. We may show your site as an example of our work; tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.

7. Your domain

On plans that include a .com or .in, we register the domain in the WebPalz account and handle its renewals, DNS and security for you. We use it only for your website and business email. It’s your business name, so whenever you ask, we transfer the domain to you, free of charge, along with your website files. Domain registries block transfers for 60 days after a domain is registered or transferred; a request made during that period is completed as soon as it ends.

If you already own a domain, you can connect it for free, and it stays in your account.

8. Hosting and availability

Sites are hosted with a leading global third-party hosting provider. We aim to keep your site online at all times but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren’t responsible for outages caused by our providers, your internet connection or events outside our control.

9. Results

We build fast, search-friendly websites and give you our best marketing advice, but we can’t promise a particular Google ranking, number of enquiries or sales.

10. Social media and online marketing help

On the Growth Plan, we review your social media profiles, help you set them up and advise on marketing your business online. The accounts stay yours, and we don’t post on your behalf without your approval.

11. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. When you leave, we give you your website files and transfer your domain to you on request. We may end the service if your site breaks these terms or payments remain unpaid, after giving you notice by email or WhatsApp.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If you’re a client, we’ll tell you by email or WhatsApp at least 15 days before a change affects your plan.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka. We’d always rather sort it out by talking first, so please contact us.
