Refund & Cancellation Policy

You see your website before you pay, so there’s nothing to refund at the preview stage. This page explains what happens if you cancel after you’ve paid. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Free preview
The preview is free and comes with no obligation. If you don’t like it, simply don’t go ahead.
Instant Launch, monthly (₹499 a month)
- Cancel anytime. Your site stays live until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- We don’t refund part-months.
Instant Launch, yearly (₹4,999 a year)
- Cancel within 7 days of a payment for a full refund of the ₹4,999. Domain registration fees can’t be refunded by the registry, so we transfer that domain to you instead.
- After 7 days, you can still cancel anytime: your site stays live until the end of the paid year and won’t renew, but the yearly fee isn’t refunded.
Growth Plan (₹9,999 setup + ₹999 a month)
- Setup fee: fully refunded if you cancel before we start building. If you cancel after we’ve started but before your site goes live, we refund 50%. Once your site is live, the setup fee isn’t refundable.
- Monthly fee: cancel anytime. Your site stays live until the end of the paid month; we don’t refund part-months.
How to cancel
Email contact@webpalz.com or WhatsApp +91 77606 71456 from the number or email you used with us. We confirm your cancellation within 1 working day.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the UPI ID or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days of confirming your cancellation.
Late payments
If a renewal isn’t paid, we remind you first. After 15 days we may pause your site until it’s paid. We keep your website files for 90 days after a pause, and we contact you before letting any domain we manage for you expire, so you can take it over.
When you leave
Whenever you end your plan, we give you your website files and, on request, transfer your domain to you free of charge. Domain registries block transfers for 60 days after a domain is registered or transferred; a request made during that period is completed as soon as it ends.
